Terms of Service

About this site.

soilgrower.com is the website of Soil Grower, an ecological practice offering precision root zone arboriculture and whole-property ecological consulting in Central Texas. The site exists to describe our work and let you contact us.

No agreement until confirmed.

Nothing on this website is an offer or contract. A service agreement begins only when we confirm a consultation or engagement with you in writing, based on an actual site visit. Descriptions of services on this site are general; the specific scope, methods, and timing of any project are set in that confirmation.

Estimates and scheduling.

Because every property differs, pricing is provided after site assessment. Scheduling is subject to crew and equipment availability. Field work is weather-dependent; we reschedule when site conditions make pneumatic or excavation work unsafe or ineffective.

Service area.

We perform field work across the Central Texas region listed on this site. Inquiries outside that region are considered case by case.

Site content.

The writing, diagrams, photographs, and documents on this site belong to Soil Grower unless credited otherwise. You may quote brief passages with attribution for non-commercial purposes. Republication of whole pages or use of our content in commercial materials requires written permission.

Nature of ecological recommendations.

Trees and landscapes are living systems shaped by conditions we cannot fully observe. Our recommendations reflect professional judgment at the time of inspection, based on the site conditions visible then. Biological outcomes are influenced by weather, soil history, prior treatment, and genetics, and no specific result is guaranteed.

Limitation of liability.

To the extent permitted by Texas law, Soil Grower's liability for any claim arising from work performed is limited to the amount paid for the engagement that gave rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Texas law.

Governing law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes are subject to the courts of Williamson County, Texas.
